1. AI-Powered instant messenger: conversations with context. At its core, Pipelic is a premium communication hub for friends and teams. Multimedia connectivity includes voice and video calls, file sharing (documents, images, video), and group chat. Every user can bring a specialized AI agent into a chat; agents participate actively and listen for intent. Pipelic can identify actionable moments—for example, turning a message about reviewing a budget on Tuesday into a shared task, assigned to relevant users, and synced with calendars.
2. Unified task engine. Pipelic combines calendar-oriented and issue-tracker-style views, linked tasks, and dependency-style relationships to help you see how work connects.
3. AI factory. Build and share agents using your own datasets (e.g. PDFs, spreadsheets, notes), visual workflow-style composition, and community discovery of agents and workflows.
By creating an account or using Pipelic, you agree to this User Agreement and our practices described in the Privacy Policy and related notices.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the service or other users.
You will not use Pipelic to break the law, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, overload or disrupt infrastructure, or scrape or resell the service in violation of our technical or policy limits.
You retain rights to messages, files, datasets, and other materials you submit that exist independently of an AI Resource. You grant Pipelic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service (including AI features you enable). You represent you have the rights to share the content you upload. Uploading a third party’s work does not transfer that work to you or to Pipelic.
An “AI Resource” means an agent, team, or pipeline you create, edit, or publish using Pipelic’s Factory and editors — including its graph, node configuration, prompts, tool settings, published listing, and compiled runtime configuration on the service. It does not include datasets, documents, chat messages, or other materials you upload that exist independently of that resource.
Platform. Pipelic, its software, editors, node catalog, runtime, trademarks, and documentation are owned by HuiXiang Technology and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Creating a resource on Pipelic does not give you any ownership in the platform.
AI Resources. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, copyright and other intellectual property rights in each AI Resource created on Pipelic are owned by Pipelic / HuiXiang Technology. By creating, saving, or publishing an AI Resource, you assign to Pipelic all such rights you may have in that AI Resource, and you waive (or agree not to assert) moral rights to the extent permitted by law. You remain the credited creator: your Account ID and display name may appear on the resource and in marketplace listings. Pipelic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, run, share, and unpublish AI Resources you created, through the service, while your account is in good standing.
Why this is scoped this way. Hirers and other users receive only a limited right to run a resource on Pipelic. They may not copy, export, reverse-engineer, republish, or resell the resource, and hiring it does not transfer copyright to them. Your uploaded datasets and the chat history of a run stay with the people who provided them, as described below and in the Dataset Agreement and Hired AI Resource Data Agreement.
Run outputs. Messages and outputs from a run belong to the user who initiated that run (subject to any third-party model provider’s terms). That is not a copyright in the AI Resource itself.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use outputs in decisions, compliance, or professional advice. Features may change as models and policies evolve.
Integrations (e.g. sign-in, calendars, storage) are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed.
To the extent permitted by law, Pipelic and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
We may update this agreement. Material changes may be communicated through the app, email, or in-product notices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
